Hello Everybody!

This is my first year teaching at Legacy. I grew up in Adams 12 and graduated from Mountain Range High School. During High school I was apart of the combined Mountain Range and Legacy High school gymnastics team, as well as a diver. After high school, I received my BA in Mathematics from the University of Colorado Boulder. My favorite fields of mathematics are, Number Theory, Modular Arithmetic, and Non-Euclidean Geometry. 

 

In my classroom I strive to create a positive and supportive community where students are encouraged to freely share their ideas. I think that learning math is best done in a safe and fun environment! =)

 

Outside of the classroom I enjoy hiking 14ers, coaching gymnastics, working out, and going to the gym. I am an avid coffee drinker and cookie consumer.
